Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed within [1-3 business days]

 

Shipments will only go out on weekdays. Deliveries can show up Monday through Saturday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, we will update you on the process per order. We will make you aware of any situation if one should expect any delays. We will be sure to communicate any changes of schedule through email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

As soon as the order is shipped the customer will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

 

 

 

International Shipping

We currently ship in the United States and soon will ship internationally. We will update our policy as soon as we do.

You have 7 days to return any products before the opportunity of returns is closed.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Still Green Herbals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If any item is damaged upon arrival, please email us with photos of the damages and necessary information to support your claim and we will be happy to assist you.
